Meet Our Dental Staff Team
Dental Office Manager
“I graduated from Devry College of New York and joined the East Madison Dental team in 2008. When Dr. Jain offered me the opportunity to join the team I was extremely excited and up for the challenge. I initially joined the team as an IT administrator and shortly after became the Office Manager at East Madison Dental. My goal for patients is to get them healthy when it comes to their oral health care needs. I also try my best to make their experience here a comfortable one. My job at East Madison Dental is unique because you can find me doing everything, ranging from patient treatment financials to cleaning operatories and instruments.
There is nothing I won’t do to help my team or patients. What I love above all is how friendly the whole EMD staff is! My family and I have been coming here since 1999 because of them! Outside from work, I like to ride my bicycle or motorcycle.”
Please call Daniel at 201-501-8282 if you have any questions.

“I am a registered dental hygienist who joined East Madison Dental in 2000. I have been practicing dental hygiene since. I am a very dedicated dental hygienist who works very hard to create a relaxing, comfortable and educational experience for my patients. I listen very closely to my patients’ needs and concerns and try to address them one on one. I love a challenge and strive to keep up with new dental techniques and technology to better my patients.
My co-workers are some of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and fun people I know. While always keeping our focus on our patients and our work we manage to have a lot of fun which makes East Madison Dental a great place to work! Karen Barton, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
“I graduated Bergen Community College in 1984 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and have worked in the dental field for 33 years, 30 as a Dental Hygienist. I consider myself to be a veteran with East Madison Dental, I joined the team in 2005. What I enjoy most about dentistry is the way a patient smiles as they leave the office which is most rewarding. My goal for every patient in our office is 6 month dental cleanings and checkups without the need for treatment afterwards. East Madison Dental is like no other office, warm, friendly and best of all quality work!
I enjoy every moment away from the office with my family. They are a very important part of my life with 3 children ranging from 14-25 they keep me busy! I also enjoy doing crafts!”
Registered Dental Assistant
“My work experience at East Madison Dental is nothing short of exciting and challenging and there is always something to learn everyday! I have worked alongside Dr. Jain as his main assistant since 2000. What I love most about my job is being able to apply the skills I learn and make a positive difference in each patient that we take care of. I do my best to eliminate fear and anxiety from our patients so nothing can keep them from the dental healthcare that they deserve. I believe keeping our patients informed of what to expect and a reassuring presence helps a lot. It’s amazing how far we’ve come to where we are now. I take great pride in being a part of this growth. I am happy that our EMD family has grown so we may be of better service to our patients! In my spare time, I enjoy the Arts & Theater, photography, travel, gourmet cooking and spending time with friends and family on gastronomic adventures.”

Certified Dental Assistant
“I have been blessed with the opportunity to join East Madison Dental in September 2014. From my first day, I already felt at home and the doctors, the staff and patients immediately treated me like family! I’ve been in the dental field since 1999, on and off as a receptionist and a dental assistant. I graduated 2005 from Pascack Valley Hospital in Radiology but I decided to go back into the dental field because I missed it so much. Now I am currently taking courses at The Dental Studies Institute to pursue my career as an RDA.
I love assisting the doctors to help our patients achieve a beautiful and most importantly a healthy smile! What do I love most about East Madison Dental? Not only is it a beautiful office equipped with the latest technology but in the short time that I’ve been here, I see loyalty, dedication and compassion the doctors and team members have. I must admit, I never enjoyed working with any doctor as much as the doctors here at East Madison Dental and I am very proud to be one of their assistants. If we haven’t met yet, you can expect me to be the one by your side holding your hand if you need it or even a joke if you need a laugh! I love to have fun and make the best of things inside and outside of work. On my time off, I love to spend it with my husband and my son. You can find us on the beach, the mall, a restaurant, park, movies or even on the mountains, snowboarding!”

“I am a new face at East Madison Dental, but I have been working as a dental assistant for the past 13 years. From the very first day I walked into the office, I felt like I was not just a part of the staff, but a new member of the East Madison Dental family. EMD has surpassed my expectations as a dental office. Each team member goes above beyond for all their patients, and are all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. It is very apparent that this office care deeply for their patients and their oral health. Being a part of this team definitely makes me love my job even more!
I love that as a dental assistant, I have the ability to meet patients and build relationships with each and every one of them. Knowing that I take part in making a patient smile and help them achieve a beautiful, healthy smile makes my job so worthwhile. In my spare time, I love to read, travel, and spend time with my family!”

“I graduated as a RDA from Fortis Institute in July of 2014. At East Madison Dental, I am learning something new every day and enjoying every second of it. The staff has been so good to me from the moment I walked in on my first day. I’m so thankful to have become a part of this big East Madison Dental family just a year after graduating. It’s been so rewarding being able to build relationships with not only the staff, but also our patients. Although it hasn’t been long since I’ve been in the dental field, I can say without a doubt that this is why my passion lies. My goal for every patient that walks into this office is to ensure their complete comfort in and out of the chair. I want all our patients to know that the staff and I will do absolutely anything and everything to make their visit as pleasant as possible. You can always expect to see me welcome you with a warm smile and great conversation.
When I’m not at work, I’m spending time with my family or working out to keep a healthy, happy, positive lifestyle.”

“I was born in Brazil and moved to the United States when I was ten years old. I went on to study at Montclair State University and graduated in 2013 with my Bachelor’s Degree. I can recall when I was younger playing dental office and I loved playing the front desk. Now that I am older, I’m so thrilled to be able to work at East Madison Dental. I feel blessed and honored to be here, I don’t see them as coworkers but rather as family. It’s a very rewarding feeling to be here as East Madison Dental cares very deeply for their patients. It’s such a warm environment and my hope is that the patient feels that warmth from the moment they walk through the door.
In my free time I enjoy trying new restaurants with my husband, spending time with family and friends, and watching football. (Go Giants!) I am also fluent in Portuguese.”
“I have a passion for Dentistry and have experience in all duties in the dental office since I began in the field at 15 years old. I completed my pre-requisites for dental school and received my Bachelor’s in Chemistry from William Paterson University. As a treatment coordinator, I enjoy being able to assist patients with questions about their treatment and insurance benefits. East Madison Dental is not your ordinary dental practice! Right from the smiles you receive as you walk through the front door to the exceptional service, quality of work and extra amenities that we offer our patients is unremarkable. East Madison Dental welcomed me with open arms and I am grateful to be part of this wonderful team. During my free time, I enjoy going on vacation, spending time with my Fiancé and visiting my family.”
“I am a new face at East Madison Dental, and I’m thrilled to join the office. I am currently in school working towards an Associate in Business. I am new to working in a dental office, but my work experience has been focused in dealing with people and their needs in a variety of fields. It is my goal, to welcome patients and provide a pleasant experience when coming to the dentist. The East Madison Dental team does a spectacular job at connecting, caring, and treating patients. It is rewarding for me to join this team, and I look forward to getting to know all of the patients new and old! When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time outside at the beach, hiking with my dog, and spending time with my family.”
“My introduction to dentistry began very young in my father’s dental practice in Florida. I always enjoyed spending time at his office, assisting him and getting to know his patients. I believe that those early experiences inspired me to a pursue a career where I could help others. Following a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of California at Santa Cruz, I began a career in non-profit administration, working for over 4 years in Central America. In 2015, I moved to New York where I administered an international volunteer program. I am now thrilled to be entering into another phase in my career at East Madison Dental, where I can contribute to a robust and dynamic administrative team, while continuing my passion for helping out others by ensuring that all patients receive the high quality that East Madison Dental is known for. When I’m not at work, I’m usually hiking, traveling, and exploring all that the northeast has to offer.”
