Sealants

Decay often occurs on the chewing surfaces of the back teeth. In order to prevent decay on those surfaces, sealants – clear, plastic materials are applied to act as a barrier against the decay-prone areas. Sealants have long-term effects and help avoid decay, along with the discomfort associated with it.

Sealants are a preventative investment in oral health that cost less than half of the cost of fillings. If you have any questions about sealants or how they can help you and your children preserve your healthy smile, please feel free to talk to one of our great team members.
