Adele

Treatment Coordinator

Adele joined our team in September of 2005. She has been a patient of Dr. Jain for six years. Prior to being a patient at East Madison Dental, Adele was terrified of coming to the dentist. "Dr. Jain always made me feel comfortable and at ease." Adele is fluent in Italian and has a dynamic and enthusiastic personality. She is able to offer our patients a thorough overview of the financial aspect of their treatment plan. She looks forward to helping our patients understand their financial options as they begin their journey toward the smile they deserve.

Denise

Financial Coordinator

Denise is one of our Financial Coordinators and has been with us since May of 2005. She was referred to us very highly by one of our patients who just recently became a team member. Prior to coming to our office, Denise had three years of administrative dental experience. Focused and determined, she is able to navigate the complexities of insurance details, which in turn enables her to help patients with any questions they may have.

Prior to her dental career, Denise worked in the customer service field for 20 years. She also attended Bergen Community College and currently resides in Bergenfield. She has three children, one-girl and twin boys. We are very fortunate to have her on our team!

Gráinne

Scheduling Coordinator

Gráinne (pronounced “Gronya”) has been a patient of our practice for many years and joined our team as one of our Scheduling Coordinators in July 2007. Educated in Ireland and Scotland, Gráinne has an extensive background in office administration, including 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She resides in Dumont with her two sons.

Many patients compliment on how genuine and comforting Gráinne is whether it be on the phone or in person. We are very fortunate to have her as part of our family.

Hillary RDH

Dental Hygienist

Born and raised in Paramus. Hillary joined our team over eight years ago as a part time hygienist and became a full time clinical team member in August 2003. Hillary enjoys helping people improve their smiles!

Her knowledge and experience in managing patient care, and gentle touch make her one of the best Dental Hygienists! Her reassuring presence makes the most phobic of patients feel at ease. We treasure Hillary and we are certain that she will make your visits enjoyable!

Karen RDH

Dental Hygienist

Karen graduated from college as a registered dental hygienist in 1984. She has extensive experience in soft tissue management. Karen routinely takes continuing education courses to enhance her knowledge.

When she joined East Madison Dental, she fit right into the team. Karen brings an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience. She is excellent at improving the periodontal health of our patients. Our patients greatly appreciate her concern and thoroughness!

Maria CDA, RDA

Dental Assistant

Maria has been an invaluable member of our team for more than seven years. She has an extensive background in the dental field. She routinely takes advanced education courses to provide quality care to our patients. Maria helps in designing and making crowns using our CEREC system.

One of Maria’s greatest strengths is to make our patients feel comfortable. Our patients appreciate her presence and her reassuring touch relaxes them, and makes the entire experience more comfortable! Maria is fluent in Tagalog.

Mary CDA, RDA

Dental Assistant / X-ray Technician

Mary is the newest member of our EMD team. She joined our practice 2009.Mary comes to us with twelve years of dental experience. Her attention to detail and quality is instrumental to making the clinical area run smoothly on a daily basis.

Mary graduated from Rutgers University in 2003. She has a great knowledge in the dental field and has a passion for comforting patients. She enjoys singing, dancing and traveling with friends and family. Mary is also fluent in Arabic.
