Do I have to Pay for TotalCare all at Once?
East Madison Dental Dumont offers the option for you to pay in full and receive the substantial discounts listed above. We also offer a monthly payment plan through third-party financing with CareCredit, Lending Club, and Cherry, which are healthcare financing programs that we know and trust.
WHAT IS THE FINE PRINT?
East Madison Dental’s TotalCare is valid for 12 months from date of enrollment. All intraoral X-rays included for one year, excludes Panoramic or CT-scan imaging. For patients with insurance, we will NOT be submitting for preventive care on your behalf. TotalCare cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. In order to receive the additional family member discount, members must enroll together on the same transaction. Once treatment is rendered, the fee is non-refundable or transferable. Plan is subject to change.
