What is All on X?
All on X (also known as All-on-4®) is a full-arch tooth replacement solution that uses a small number of strategically placed implants, often four, to support an entire arch of fixed, natural-looking replacement teeth.
How does it work?
Your dentist places implants into the jawbone at precise angles to maximize stability, often using existing bone without the need for grafting. A full arch of custom teeth is then attached, sometimes on the very same day.

How is All on X different from traditional dentures?
Unlike removable dentures that rest on the gums, All on X is permanently anchored to implants, so it doesn't slip, requires no adhesives, and feels and functions much more like natural teeth.
Am I a candidate for All on X?
Many patients qualify even with significant bone loss, since the implants are placed at angles that work with your existing bone. A consultation and 3D imaging will confirm if it's right for you.
How long does the process take?
In many cases, patients leave with a functional temporary set of teeth the same day as surgery, with a final, refined restoration placed a few months later once healing is complete.
Is the procedure painful?
The surgery is performed under anesthesia, so you won't feel pain during the procedure. Some swelling and discomfort afterward is normal and managed with medication and aftercare guidance.
